Hurry Hard Music Ltd. operates shop.hurryhardmusic.com and the products and services sold through this store. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse, place an order, book a service or contact us. Shopify hosts the store and checkout.

Information and purposes

We use contact, billing and shipping details; order and service selections; account details and preferences; payment confirmations and references; support messages; and device, browser, IP address and activity information. We collect this information from you, through the store and its cookies, and from providers involved in your order. We use it to operate accounts, process and fulfil orders, arrange services, provide receipts and support, handle cancellations and refunds, prevent fraud, keep records and meet legal obligations.

Payment details are entered through the payment provider’s checkout. Shopify, Stripe and the relevant payment providers process payment credentials under their terms and privacy notices. Our service platform uses transaction references, amounts and payment or refund status to reconcile purchases; it does not ask you to send full card details or security codes by email or chat.

Cookies and marketing choices

Cookies and similar technologies support checkout, security, preferences, analytics and advertising. The cookie controls in our store and checkout let you accept, decline or manage optional purposes. Essential functions may still use cookies needed to provide the service. You can revisit your choices through the store’s privacy controls. Browser settings can also limit cookies, although some functions may then be unavailable.

We use marketing preferences and permissions to manage promotional communications. You can unsubscribe using the link in a promotional email or contact us. Essential order, account and service messages may continue after you opt out of marketing.

Shopify and other recipients

We share information needed to operate the store and fulfil your purchase with Shopify and providers supporting payment processing, hosting, communications, analytics, shipping and service delivery. We also disclose information when you direct or authorize us, when legally required, or when necessary to protect people, enforce agreements or address fraud and security issues.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for this store. Shopify may combine interactions with our store with data from other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced features, including personalization, advertising and fraud prevention. Shopify is responsible for its processing for those purposes. Read Shopify’s consumer privacy policy and use Shopify’s privacy portal to learn about its choices and rights. Customers in supported regions can use our store’s data-sharing opt-out page. Anyone can contact team@hurryhardmusic.com about our use of their information. An opt-out does not prevent processing needed to complete an order or meet legal duties.

release guru services

When an order is linked to a release guru service, authorized clients, payers, staff and assigned contractors receive the project, scope, billing, appointment, file and result information needed for their role. Connected services may include QuickBooks for accounting, Google Calendar for appointments, Google Drive and Gmail for files and communications, and the reporting providers used for the selected campaign. Selected material may be sent to a configured AI provider for staff-reviewed drafting when that feature is used. The release guru Privacy Policy explains those platform functions. Buying a service does not grant other clients access to your private records.

Storage and protection

Information may be stored or processed outside Canada, including in the United States, where Shopify identifies this store’s hosting location. It may be subject to lawful access in those jurisdictions. We use access restrictions and other safeguards appropriate to the information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information needed to provide the service, meet accounting and legal requirements, prevent fraud and resolve disputes. Retention depends on the record and purpose. Disconnecting an integration or closing an account does not automatically erase invoices, agreements or other records that must be retained.

Requests and contact

Contact team@hurryhardmusic.com for access, correction, deletion, consent, marketing or other privacy questions. Depending on the law that applies, you may have additional rights, including objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent or a complaint to a privacy regulator. We may need proportionate identity verification before acting on a request. We will explain any applicable limitation, including records we must retain, and respond within the period required by law. You can also use Shopify’s privacy portal for information it controls.
