What this deposit includes

Every deposit purchase includes two 1-hour video calls (Google Meet):

1. Orientation / Options Call (1 hour)
   Scheduled within 14 days of purchase. We’ll review your goals, creative direction, and ideal working style, and propose the best residency framework for your team.

2. Confirmation Call (1 hour)
   Scheduled when you’re ready to finalize details. We confirm dates, team size, studio schedule, rooming, add-ons, and arrival logistics — and lock everything into the calendar.

What you can build with this deposit

Your deposit can be applied to either program path:

Self-Led Artist Habitat
A structured residency with plug-and-play studio access and optional engineer support. Your first studio day includes a required 3.5-hour engineer setup/orientation session to get your team fully situated and confident.

IAH Production Team-Led Artist Habitat
A guided residency where an IAH producer/songwriter team collaborates with your artist team during daily sessions. Team size can scale based on your goals and budget, and longer stays include planned rest/reset time.

You don’t need to choose the path at checkout — we’ll decide the best fit during your calls.

How the credit works

• Your $300 deposit is credited in full to your final Artist Habitat price.

• Your remaining balance is invoiced via QuickBooks, with the deposit shown as a credit on that invoice.

Validity

• This deposit is valid for residencies that begin within 12 months of purchase at our Benalto Sound Artist Hub.

Refund policy

• Refundable within 7 days of purchase.

• After 7 days, non-refundable — but transferable once to a new start date within the 12-month window (subject to availability).

What happens after checkout

Once your deposit is received:

• You’ll receive an email with next steps and a link to schedule your Orientation / Options Call.

• After that call, we’ll place a soft hold on your preferred date range while you finalize details.

• Your Habitat is officially confirmed after your Confirmation Call and final invoice scheduling.
