IAH Production Team-Led Residency

A structured, production team-led residency designed for real output. The IAH-Led Artist Habitat pairs your team with IAH producers and songwriters for daily sessions in a professional studio environment, with access to the on-site Artist Residence — so the work moves forward with focus, continuity, and clear next steps.

What’s Included

Production & Collaboration

• Daily guided creation with your selected IAH production team
• Choose 1–4 producers and/or songwriters based on your goals and budget

Accommodations

• Three-bedroom Artist Residence for your team

Studio Access

• 24h studio access throughout your stay
• Recording and mixing environments, plus dedicated writing spaces
• Nightly listening and playback sessions for end-of-day review and direction

Planning & Prep

Two 1-hour pre-production video calls included:

• Orientation / Options Call (within 14 days of booking)
  Review goals, preferred dates, rooming needs, and workflow
• Confirmation Call
  Finalize session plan, production staffing, and arrival details

How the Schedule Works

• Your residency includes daily guided sessions with the IAH production team
• A rest day is scheduled every 5th day to reset, reflect, and keep creative momentum sustainable

What Happens After Checkout

Once your booking is complete:

1. You’ll receive an email with next steps and a link to schedule your Orientation Call

2. Dates and details are finalized during your Confirmation Call

3. You’ll receive your arrival pack and session plan ahead of your stay
