A structured, self-directed residency designed for artists and teams who want focused studio time, a comfortable on-site home base, and optional pro support when it matters. The Self-Led Artist Habitat includes access to Benalto Sound’s creative spaces and the renovated three-bedroom Artist Residence — so you can stay in flow from the first session to the final playback.

• Artist Residence — renovated three-bedroom studio apartment for your team

• Studio access during your stay (Recording + Mixing environments, plus writing spaces)

• Nightly listening + playback (ideal for end-of-day review and direction)

• Two 1-hour Pre-Production calls included

  • Orientation / Options Call (within 14 days) — goals, date windows, rooming, workflow

  • Confirmation Call — finalize schedule, add-ons, and arrival details

Day-1 studio setup (mandatory)

Your first studio day begins with a mandatory 3.5-hour engineer setup/orientation session. This ensures your team is fully situated and confident — covering studio workflow, routing, session templates, patching, safety, and any custom setup needs.

What happens after checkout

After purchase, we’ll email next steps and schedule your Orientation Call. Your dates and details will be finalized on the Confirmation Call, and you’ll receive your arrival pack and Day-1 setup plan.
