A structured, self-directed residency for artists and teams who want focused studio time, a comfortable on-site home base, and optional professional support when it makes sense. The Self-Led Artist Habitat includes 24h access to Benalto Sound’s creative spaces and the three-bedroom Artist Residence — so you can live, work, and finish without breaking momentum.

Studio Access

• 24h studio access throughout your stay
• Recording and mixing environments, plus dedicated writing spaces
• Nightly listening and playback sessions for end-of-day review and direction

Planning & Prep

Two 1-hour pre-production video calls included:

• Orientation / Options Call (within 14 days of booking)
  Review goals, preferred date windows, rooming needs, and workflow
• Confirmation Call
  Finalize schedule, add-ons, and arrival details

Day 1 Studio Setup (Required)

Your first studio day begins with a mandatory 3.5-hour engineer setup and orientation session.

This session ensures your team is fully prepared and confident in the space, covering:

• Studio workflow and routing
• Session templates and patching
• Safety procedures
• Any custom setup requirements

Choose Your Options

• Select your Habitat length using the selector above (minimum 4 nights)
• Optional engineer support can be added through the Engineer Sessions options

What Happens After Checkout

Once your booking is complete:

1. You’ll receive an email with next steps and a link to schedule your Orientation Call

2. Dates and details are finalized during your Confirmation Call

3. You’ll receive your arrival pack and Day 1 studio setup plan ahead of your stay
