Visionary Residency is a hosted 10-night / 11-day music + eco-tourism residency led by producer and guide Nich Davies, including airport pickup (YYC or YEG) and a guided three-day Rockies excursion.

If you’re not ready to finalize group size, dates, or add-ons today, this deposit is the easiest way to hold your place and build the right program together.

What this deposit includes

Your deposit includes two 1-hour planning calls (Google Meet):

1) Orientation / Options Call (1 hour) — scheduled within 14 days of purchase
We align on your goals, creative direction, preferred date windows, and group size. We also map the ideal studio + excursion rhythm for your team.

2) Confirmation Call (1 hour) — scheduled when you’re ready
We finalize the itinerary, rooming, studio plan, and any upgrades or special events — then issue your final invoice via QuickBooks with your deposit applied as a credit.

How the pricing works

• Visionary Residency is priced per person for groups of 1–6 (one all-in base price per person).

• Any optional add-ons (extra excursions, upgrades, special events, additional studio staffing, documentation, etc.) are confirmed during the planning calls.

• Your final invoice is sent via QuickBooks, with the $300 deposit credited in full.

Validity

• This deposit is valid for residencies that begin within 12 months of purchase date.

Refund policy

• Refundable within 7 days of purchase.

• After 7 days, non-refundable — but transferable once within the 12-month window (subject to availability).

What happens after checkout

After your deposit is received:

• You’ll receive an email with next steps and a link to schedule your Orientation / Options Call.

• We’ll place a soft hold on your preferred date range after the first call.

• Your Visionary Residency is officially confirmed after the Confirmation Call and final invoice scheduling.
