Reserve your place for Visionary Residency at Benalto Sound with a $300 CAD deposit. This deposit secures your intent to book, initiates the planning process, and is credited in full toward your final Visionary Residency invoice.

Visionary Residency is a hosted 10-night / 11-day music and eco-tourism residency, led by producer and guide Nich Davies. The program includes airport pickup (YYC or YEG), guided studio time, and a three-day curated Rockies excursion.

If you’re not ready to finalize group size, dates, or add-ons yet, this deposit allows you to hold your place and build the right program with our team.

What This Deposit Includes

Your deposit includes two 1-hour planning calls (Google Meet):

1. Orientation / Options Call (1 hour)

Scheduled within 14 days of purchase.
We align on your goals, creative direction, preferred date windows, and group size, and map the ideal balance between studio work and excursion time.

2. Confirmation Call (1 hour)

Scheduled when you’re ready to proceed.
We finalize the full itinerary, rooming, studio plan, and any upgrades or special events, then issue your final invoice via QuickBooks with the deposit applied as a credit.

Pricing Structure

• Visionary Residency is priced per person, for groups of 1–6 participants
• One all-in base price per person
• Optional add-ons (additional excursions, upgrades, special events, extended staffing, documentation, etc.) are confirmed during the planning calls

Your final invoice is issued via QuickBooks, with the $300 deposit credited in full.

Validity

This deposit is valid for Visionary Residencies beginning within 12 months of the purchase date.

Refund & Transfer Policy

• Fully refundable within 7 days of purchase
• After 7 days: non-refundable
• Transferable once within the 12-month window, subject to availability

What Happens After Checkout

Once your deposit is received:

1. You’ll receive an email with next steps and a link to schedule your Orientation / Options Call

2. After the first call, we place a soft hold on your preferred date range

3. Your Visionary Residency is officially confirmed after the Confirmation Call and final invoice scheduling
